Terms & Conditions extract
On booking
my services a written confirmation of the clients requirements and the
estimated cost, along with my terms and conditions, will be sent by e-mail, fax or
post. This must be signed and returned before any work can commence.
All
stationery, printing, postage, telephone, fax and other expenses are added
to the client’s bill at cost, unless specifically agreed otherwise. Some of
these costs may need to be paid before work commences.
An invoice
will be submitted with completed work, or as soon as confirmation has been
obtained that the work is satisfactory. Payment is due on receipt of
invoices.
For clients
with ongoing bookings invoices will be submitted monthly with payment due on
receipt.
All output
is in UK English.
For
insurance reasons no personal visits to my premises are permitted.
